We all have the ability to dream and imagine a certain life for ourselves. It is up to us to put in the work and take-up the journey of the lighted path God has put before us. My connection with God and my experiences with the military, family, friends, life in general has brought me here and given me the precious gift of story.

A researcher with a trending podcast called to investigate a case and stumbled on an old phonograph player that landed her in the middle of the 1964 Harlem Riots with no clear way back home.

“Phonograph” relates the narrative of Podcaster Lexi Robinson, an NYU Research Professor and News Contributing Correspondent, who is forced to leave the city and take care of her sick aunt that lives in Lancaster, Texas. While cleaning out her aunt’s basement to make room for her podcasting equipment, she and the local handy guy, Oliver take the old phonograph record player for a spin that sends them both into a whirlwind landing them right in the middle of the 1964 Harlem Riots. Lexi soon discovers a similar spark to a present-day murder case she has been asked to conduct research on. Now that she has connected the dots, Lexi wants nothing more than to return home, but how?
